Meet Our Team

Maddie Hall, Co-founder of Pen & Hall.

Maddie Hall

Maddie is all about helping churches, nonprofits, and businesses connect with their people in meaningful ways. With over 15 years of experience in communications, marketing, and community impact, she knows how to craft messaging that not only resonates but also inspires action. She’s helped churches across the country navigate 200%+ growth, led teams through major marketing initiatives, including leading fundraising campaigns of over $50 million, and built strategies that keep organizations aligned with their mission while staying fresh and engaging.

Beyond church and nonprofit work, Maddie has a background in corporate giving and community partnerships, making sure companies’ philanthropy efforts truly make a difference. She’s hands-on with content creation, paid media, social media, email marketing, and video production, so whether you need a brand strategy, creative messaging, or digital engagement, she’s got you covered. But at her core, Maddie is a storyteller and community builder—she knows how to recruit, engage, and inspire. When she’s not working, you’ll find her hanging out with her husband and three daughters, doing CrossFit in her garage, or baking something delicious—all with an iced coffee in hand, of course.
